Every work is made from a single copper sheet — cut, folded, patinated and sealed by hand. Formats, depths and colour worlds can be tailored to your project.

The edges of the copper sheet are folded to the back. This folded side forms the depth of the piece — which makes the work appear frameless. A classic picture frame is dispensed with entirely.
A wooden frame, fitted from behind and remaining invisible, provides stability and keeps the form true. It carries drill holes through which the work hangs flush against the wall, with no gap.
Via the drill holes in the wooden frame, the work hangs flush against the wall — recommended with no gap. Thanks to its low weight it needs no elaborate fixing: a 120 × 80 cm work hangs on two 2 mm nails in the wall plaster, without wall plugs or screws.
If a special solution is desired — such as a gallery hanging system — I fit it to the wooden frame on request. The specific fixing should be chosen on site according to the wall.
Suitable for living and wellness environments. To avoid: direct contact with water and steam, outdoor areas, and places with strong temperature fluctuations — copper expands considerably, which can stress the patina over time.
Do not wipe with a cloth. The patina has a microcrystalline structure; a cloth can catch despite the lacquer. Simply blow off dust briefly with a hairdryer on cold air and full power.
The price is based on the cut area — as a guide, not a rigid formula. The effort of the patina, the depth and the number of panels all play a part. I agree the final price individually for your project.
