Delivery & Payment

As each work is individual and often large-format, delivery is arranged to suit each enquiry.

Delivery

• Delivery within Germany; other delivery areas on request.
• Depending on the format, dispatch is by insured parcel or — for large works — by freight forwarder. On request and within the region, personal delivery is also possible.
• I will communicate the specific delivery and packaging costs before the contract is concluded; they depend on size, weight and destination.
• For commissions, production usually takes 12–16 weeks from receipt of the order.

Payment

• Payment by invoice (bank transfer) unless otherwise agreed.
• For commissions: 50% on order, 50% before or on delivery.
• As a small business under § 19 UStG, I do not show value added tax; all prices are final prices.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an available work, please get in touch — we will arrange the return together. For commissions (made to measure) there is no right of withdrawal (see the Terms and Conditions).
